Welcome
Nori's Deli serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and natural/local meat options that cover every meal.
We start our mornings by baking fresh muffins, brewing excellent fair-trade roasted coffees and serving a grab and go hot breakfast. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot meals, and vegetarian soups, all from Local, Organic, and Natural ingredients. Enjoy Nori's FRESHLY prepared food.

Every day we do our best to create delicious items and a few surprises, as seen in our schedule below. We welcome suggestions pertaining to any of our foods. While we reserve the right to surprise you with non-scheduled items,
you can expect to find these sandwiches and items in our deli case, unless we are out of ingredients or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Monday

Breakfast Burrito: Today's Nori's Classic Breakfast Burrito is filled with Local Eggs, Onions, Salsa, and Cheddar.

The Homesteader Sandwich Made almost entirely in house! Toasted English Muffin Bread with Arugula Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Farm Cheese,  Melted Mozzarella (the only thing we didn't make ourselves!), Pickled Carrots and Baby Spinach. This sandwich is simple food with love and made right.

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Fresh Mozz, Garlic Aioli, SPianch and Tomato on a crispy Baguette

Ginger Chili Spring Rolls:
Rice Paper wrappers filled with Ginger Chili Noodles, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Asian Vinaigrette.

Jerk Chicken Wrap: Jerk Chicken, Coconut Rice, Mango Chutney, Pickapeppa Sour Cream Sauce and Spinach in a Spinach Wrap

Tuesday

Seasonal Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich: Applegate Turkey with house-made Seasonal Sauce, sliced Sharp Cheddar and Greens on soft Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread.

Eggplant Parmesan: Fried and Breaded Eggplant, Mozzarella, Nori’s made Garlic Aioli, and Marinara Sauce on fresh house-made Focaccia!

Curry Tofu Wrap: Marinated & Baked Curry Tofu with a Curried Carrot Slaw, Cashews, Dried Cranberries and Greens in a Spinach Wrap.

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried  into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.


Wednesday

Tempeh Reuben: Tempeh that’s marinated, baked, and sliced thin with Russian Dressing, sauerkraut and Swiss on Rock Hill Rye. Tempeh never had it so good!

Turkey Reuben: Same as the Tempeh Reuben but made with Applegate Turkey instead!

Buckwheat Soba Spring Rolls: Ginger-Garlic Tofu, Buckwheat Soba Noodles slathered in a Mushroom-Stir Fry Sauce and crisp Lettuce rolled up in a Rice Wrapper and served with an Asian Lime Dipping Sauce

Thai Roasted Vegetable Wrap: Roasted Seasonal Vegetables in a Thai Curried Peanut Sauce with Spinach in a Spinach Wrap

Vegetarian 'Meat'ball Sub: House made vegetarian 'Meat'balls, Garlic Aioli, Pizza Sauce and melted Mozzarella Cheese on a crispy Baguette

Thursday

Roasted Potato Breakfast Burrito: Today's Breakfast Burrito is filled with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Roasted Potatoes, Salsa and Cheddar.

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely Roasted Beets with Greens, Thinly Slice Red Onion, a Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll

Chipotle Turkey Wrap: Applegate Turkey, Red Beans and Corn in a not too spicy Chipotle Sauce with crispy Lettuce and a cooling Lime Sour Cream Sauce in a Whole Wheat Wrap. It hits the spot!

Curry Noodle Spring Rolls: Rice Paper wrappers filled with Marinated Curry Rice Noodles, Red Cabbage, Red Pepper, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Mango Sauce.

Lentil Beetloaf Sandwich: Back by popular demand! House made Lentil Beetloaf with Tomato Relish on Grilled Rock Hill Farm Bread. It's so good you'll be begging us for the recipe! Sorry, it's a secret!

Friday

Pad Thai: Rice Noodles, Peanuts, Garlic, Shallots, Tofu, Wheat-Free Tamari, Date/Prune Paste, Lime Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Chili Flakes, Eggs, Carrots, Green Onions, Pea Shoots, and Safflower Oil.

Cubano Ham Sandwich:  Applegate Black Forest Ham with House Made Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and a little Dijonaise on Rock Hill Farm Bread Grilled with Butter

Tofu Banh Mi: Marinated Tofu, Spicy Veganaise, Pickled Carrots, Daikon and Jalapenos topped with Cilantro on a crispy Baguette. Yum!

Asian Smoked Salmon Nori Wraps: Smoked Salmon and Avocado Slaw with Pickled Daikon & Carrots, Green Onion, Cucumber & Lettuce wrapped in Nori. A delicious, Low Carb option!

Saturday

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried up into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.

Falafel Wraps: House made Falafel Balls done two ways: option (1) with Tzatzki sauce and fresh greens;
option (2) with Tahini Dill sauce, diced tomato, and fresh greens


Brie & Vegetable Wrap: Gooey melted Brie with Roasted Red Peppers, Artichoke Hearts, Spinach and Pesto on grilled Rockhill Farm Bread


Sunday

Sweet Potato Wrap: Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Balsamic Black Beans, Spinach and Cheddar Cheese in a Whole WHeat Wrap (Vegan option available without cheese in a Spinach Wrap)

Fresh Food Made Daily at Nori’s
MUFFINS!  We make vegan muffins every morning.  They are made with whole wheat pastry flour, safflower oil, soy milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt.  The flavor of the day varies, usually a fruit or berry, sometimes with nuts…

COOKIES!  We almost always have Kristen’s Vegan Everything Cookies, with oats, raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.  Other types of cookies include but are not limited to: a wide array of gluten-free goodies, peanut butter cookies, cream cheese cookies with jelly center, classic chocolate chip, ginger-molasses, macaroons, pecan sandies, etc.

BROWNIES!  Our basket of chocolate brownies tempts every customer.  Our brownies are a classic recipe made with organic whole wheat pastry flour, real chocolate, butter, and eggs. We also make a gluten-free version!   

COFFEE!  We brew Equal Exchange coffee which is certified Fair Trade and Organic. We also brew Gimme Coffee roasted in Ithaca, NY, which buys several varieties of organic coffee at a fair trade or above rate.  We brew five kinds each day, one decaf, and a range of dark to medium roasts.

SOUPS!  All of our soups are made right here in our kitchen with our own wholesome ingredients, including organic and local produce, organic dairy, organic rice, organic beans and pasta. Every day we offer two kinds of soups with vegan and gluten free options. Our soups can be simple and nice or gourmet and delicious. 

BURRITOS!  We have these EVERY day.  Our classic vegetarian burrito consists of:  black beans, long grain brown rice, corn, onions, peppers, spices, and cheddar cheese.  It is in a whole wheat tortilla, baked to perfection.  We also offer a vegan burrito, identical to the vegetarian version except for the substitution of in-house made vegan sour cream for the cheddar.

EGG SALAD! Nori's Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches are now available every day! WOOO HOOO!

CLASSIC HUMMUS & VEGGIE WRAPS! Another perennial favorite with house made classic hummus, fresh greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted red peppers and Balsamic vinaigrette. Now available daily!

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH! A classic sandwich made with all White Meat Chicken, Celery, Onion, Mayo, and Dijon with crunchy Leaf Lettuce on a Strirato Roll. You can't go wrong with this one!

HUMMUS:  A vegan spread made of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and garlic.  We make several flavors: Nori's  Classic, Cilantro and Lime, Roasted Garlic, and Roasted Garlic/Red Pepper.

SALADS:  We make a variety of green salads as well as our standard Cobb and Greek salads. Garden salads are always available. 

    Greek Salads are romaine lettuce with stuffed grape leaves, feta chunks sprinkled with oregano, whole kalamata olives,             tomato wedges, pepperoncini peppers or lemon slices, and a red wine vinegar/olive oil dressing.

    Garden Salads include green leaf lettuce, grated carrots, thin-sliced red cabbage, sprouts, and tomato wedges, and                 they come with your choice of dressings.  We have home-made balsamic vinaigrette, asian vinaigrette, or
            honeydijon.

    Nori's Cobb Salad usually on spinach with roasted red peppers, red onion, walnuts, cucumber, and a local hard boiled                 eggs and again your choice of dressing.
