Welcome
Nori's Deli serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and natural/local meat options that cover every meal.
We start our mornings by baking fresh muffins, brewing excellent fair-trade roasted coffees and serving a grab and go hot breakfast. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot meals, and vegetarian soups, all from Local, Organic, and Natural ingredients. Enjoy Nori's FRESHLY prepared food.

Every day we do our best to create delicious items and a few surprises, as seen in our schedule below. We welcome suggestions pertaining to any of our foods. While we reserve the right to surprise you with non-scheduled items,
you can expect to find these sandwiches and items in our deli case, unless we are out of ingredients or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Monday

Breakfast Burrito: Today's Nori's Classic Breakfast Burrito is filled with Local Eggs, Onions, Salsa, and Cheddar.

The Homesteader Sandwich Made almost entirely in house! Toasted English Muffin Bread with Arugula Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Farm Cheese,  Melted Mozzarella (the only thing we didn't make ourselves!), Pickled Carrots and Baby Spinach. This sandwich is simple food with love and made right.

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Fresh Mozz, Garlic Aioli, SPianch and Tomato on a crispy Baguette

Ginger Chili Spring Rolls:
Rice Paper wrappers filled with Ginger Chili Noodles, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Asian Vinaigrette.

Tuesday

Seasonal Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich: Applegate Turkey with house-made Seasonal Sauce, sliced Sharp Cheddar and Greens on soft Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread.

Eggplant Parmesan: Fried and Breaded Eggplant, Mozzarella, Nori’s made Garlic Aioli, and Marinara Sauce on fresh house-made Focaccia!

Mongolian Tofu Wrap: Coconut Lime Rice, Mongolian BBQ Tofu, Sauteed Veggies, Spinach and Sesame Aioli in a Spinach Wrap.

Egg Rolls: Egg roll wrappers stuffed with sautéed Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Asian seasonings, and Nori's Teriyaki Tofu. All fried  into a tasty treat.  Comes with Ginger Chili Dipping Sauce.


Wednesday

Tempeh Reuben: Tempeh that’s marinated, baked, and sliced thin with Russian Dressing, sauerkraut and Swiss on Rock Hill Rye. Tempeh never had it so good!

Turkey Reuben: Same as the Tempeh Reuben but made with Applegate Turkey instead!

Buckwheat Soba Spring Rolls: Ginger-Garlic Tofu, Buckwheat Soba Noodles slathered in a Mushroom-Stir Fry Sauce and crisp Lettuce rolled up in a Rice Wrapper and served with an Asian Lime Dipping Sauce

Curry Tofu Wrap: Marinated & Baked Curry Tofu with a Curried Carrot Slaw, Cashews, Dried Cranberries and Greens in a Spinach Wrap.


Thursday

Roasted Potato Breakfast Burrito: Today's Breakfast Burrito is filled with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Roasted Potatoes, Salsa and Cheddar.

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely Roasted Beets with Greens, Thinly Slice Red Onion, a Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll

Tofu Banh Mi: Marinated Tofu, Spicy Veganaise, Pickled Carrots, Daikon and Jalapenos topped with Cilantro on a crispy Baguette. Yum!

Curry Noodle Spring Rolls: Rice Paper wrappers filled with Marinated Curry Rice Noodles, Red Cabbage, Red Pepper, Spinach, and Fresh Herbs served with our house-made Mango Sauce.


Friday

Pad Thai: Rice Noodles, Peanuts, Garlic, Shallots, Tofu, Wheat-Free Tamari, Date/Prune Paste, Lime Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Chili Flakes, Eggs, Carrots, Green Onions, Pea Shoots, and Safflower Oil.

Quiche: A creamy custard inside of our house made crust. We fill it full of delicious vegetables and bake it up fresh. The filling changes weekly depending on availability.

Cubano Ham Sandwich:  Applegate Black Forest Ham with House Made Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and a little Dijonaise on Rock Hill Farm Bread Grilled with Butter

Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich: Fresh Mozz, Garlic Aioli, SPianch and Tomato on a crispy Baguette

Chipotle Turkey Wrap: Applegate Turkey, Red Beans and Corn in a not too spicy Chipotle Sauce with crispy Lettuce and a cooling Lime Sour Cream Sauce in a Whole Wheat Wrap. It hits the spot!

Garden Burger: House-made Garden Burger with Lemon-Toamto Mayo, Lettuce, Red Onion and Melted Mozzarella on a Sprouted Grain Bun.
