Our café serves vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and natural/local meat options that cover every meal. We start our mornings baking fresh muffins and croissants, brewing fine fair-trade roasted coffees, and serving a grab-and-go hot breakfast. Then we make a nice daily selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, dinners, and a variety of soups, all from local, organic, and natural ingredients. We also offer espresso drinks and smoothies.

Breakfast Burrito: Nitrate-free Bacon, Regional Eggs, Cheese, and sauteed Greens Breakfast Burrito in a Whole Wheat Wrap -or- Regional Eggs, Pork Sausage, and Monterey Jack Cheese in a Whole Wheat Wrap.

Ham Cubano Sandwich: Sliced Applegate Ham, Swiss Cheese, house-made Dill Pickles, Dijonaise, Spinach or Greens, on butter-grilled Rockhill Farm Bread.  Yum!

Homesteader: Composed of house-made products: fresh English Muffin bread, delicious soft Farmer’s cheese, pickled Carrots, Arugula Pesto (no nuts!), with melted Mozzarella, and Spinach.  

Quiche: Nori’s Amazing Quiche is available in our deli case so you can pick up a piece any time! Our flaky buttery crust is filled with a luscious creamy custard flavored with a vegetable combo that changes weekly.

Breakfast Burrito: Nori’s Classic Breakfast Burrito in a Whole Wheat wrap filled with Regional Eggs, Onions, Peppers, Salsa, and Cheddar.

Brie & Pesto Sandwich: Melty-gooey Brie with Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, Pesto (with nuts), on toasted Rockhill Farm Bread. 

Curry Noodle Spring Rolls: Gingery Curried Rice Noodles (gluten-free!) rolled up in a Rice wrapper with Red Cabbage, Sweet Bell Peppers, and Herbs, served in clamshell with a spicy Mango dipping sauce.

Jerk Chicken Wrap: Jerk Chicken, Coconut Rice, Mango Chutney, Pickapeppa Sour Cream Sauce and Spinach in a Spinach Wrap. Also, available now as a Gluten Free Rice Bowl!

Breakfast Burrito: Regional Eggs, Black Beans and sauteed Onions, Spinach, Cheddar, and Salsa in a Whole Wheat wrap.

Tofu Döner-Feta Wrap: inspired by the Turkish Kebab. Filled with spice-rubbed Tofu, creamy Feta Sauce, Cucumbers, Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Lettuce, sliced Pepperoncini, Pickled Peppers, and a spicy Chili Sauce all in a Whole Wheat Wrap. Vegan version available now too! Spice level: Hot! 

Eggrolls: You know them! You love them! House-made eggrolls with Teriyaki Tofu, fried up all crispy-like and served with a side of Ginger Chili Sauce.

Vegetarian “Meatball” Sub: Lentil “meatballs” topped with Pizza Sauce and melted Mozzarella, all on a Garlic Aioli slathered crispy Baguette.

Seasonal Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich: Applegate Turkey with house-made Seasonal Sauce, sliced Sharp Cheddar and Greens on soft Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread.

Breakfast Burrito: Turkey Sausage and Bulgarian Feta comes with Regional Eggs and sauteed greens and onions. Served in a Whole Wheat wrap. Vegetarian Option Available.


Smashed Chickpea Sandwich: Chickpeas mixed with Vegenaise, red peppers, red onion, celery, house spice mix, and lots of love. Served on Rudi’s Cracked Wheat bread with leaf lettuce. Also available as a side salad.

Harissa Chickpea Burger:  Spicy Harissa-topped Chickpea burger dressed with Cilantro-Scallion Aioli, Tomatoes, house Pickled Peppers, and Greens on a sprouted grain Bun. Vegan heaven!

Muhammara-Curried Vegetable Bowl: Vegetables roasted with a house-blend of spices, piled on a bed of Basmati Rice, topped with a toasted Walnut sauce, a wedge of Lime, and a sprinkling of Sesame Seeds.  

Reubens: Russian dressing, sauerkraut, gooey melted Swiss cheese, and either Turkey or spice-rubbed Tempeh, served on toasted Rock Hill Rye bread. 

Breakfast Burrito: Herbed and Roasted Potatoes with Scrambled Eggs, Sautèed Onions & Peppers, Salsa and Cheddar in a Whole Wheat wrap. 

Roasted Beet & Feta Sandwich: Lovely roasted Beets with Greens, thinly sliced Red Onion, and Creamy Feta Sauce on a Stirato Roll. Try our Gluten Free version, or our Spinach Salad option.

Chicken Tikka Masala Bowl: Chicken marinated in warm spices, atop a bed of spiced Tomato Rice and served with a Yogurt Sauce and a Cilantro Chutney.

Ginger Chili Noodle Spring Roll: Rice Noodles slathered with a Ginger-Chili Sauce, topped with Red Cabbage, Carrots, Herbs, and Spinach. Comes with a house-made Asian Vinaigrette Dipping Sauce.

Mushroom Po’Boy: marinated and breaded Mushrooms, stuffed into a Baguette with Cajun-style Remoulade, chopped House Dill Pickles, Red Onion, and dressed Greens.

Sushi: It’s back! Nori’s Classic Vegetarian Sushi. Nori stuffed with seasons Rice, a variety of pickled and fresh vegetables, and our house Teriyaki Tofu. Served with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, and Tamari for dipping!
